Our commitment
Piing Technologies Ltd is committed to making piing.io accessible and usable for everyone, regardless of ability or the technology they use. If you are having difficulty viewing or navigating content on this site, or notice any feature or functionality that you believe is not fully accessible to people with disabilities, please contact us using the details below.
We take all feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate ways to accommodate all users and improve our accessibility approach. While we do not control third-party services embedded on our site, we strongly encourage those vendors to provide accessible content.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our site is built with semantic HTML, sufficient colour contrast, full keyboard navigability, screen reader compatibility via WAI-ARIA, and respect for the prefers-reduced-motion media query.
Known limitations
Some third-party components, including our cookie consent banner and any embedded demo tools, may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA across all browser and assistive technology combinations. We are working with our providers to address these where possible.
