Piing: Alerts 14 / 14
Plans and billing
Three plans billed through Shopify, with a 14-day trial for new subscribers. What each plan includes, what needs a plan, and how to cancel.
Piing: Alerts has three plans. New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial on their first eligible subscription, and every charge runs through Shopify.
Every plan includes the theme-rendered feed, eight card types, 23 templates, seven automations, first-party targeting, Klaviyo and Ometria audience sync, A/B testing, attribution, optional control groups, optional web push, frequency controls and CSV reporting.

| Price in USD per 30 days | $39 | $99 | $249 |
| Price in USD billed yearly with at least 10% off | $420 | $1,068 | $2,688 |
| Feed pageviews per allowance cycle | 25,000 | 100,000 | 500,000 |
| AI-written notifications per cycle | 250 | 1,500 | 6,000 |

| Audience rules | Customer data | Customer data, behaviour and context | Customer data, behaviour and context |
| Attribution window | 72 hours | You choose | You choose |
| Support | Standard | Standard | Named contact and response SLA |
Starter suits an initial campaign programme using customer data. Growth adds behaviour and context targeting with more testing capacity. Scale has the same audience and testing controls as Growth, with larger feed-traffic and AI-writing allowances and additional support. The name of a plan does not imply a different card renderer or a separate type of storefront feed.
New subscribers receive a 14-day trial. Previously used trial days are not repeated when changing plan or reinstalling. Shopify shows the applicable trial and charge before approval.
How the charge works
Every charge is created with the Shopify Billing API. You approve it on Shopify's own charge screen, and it appears on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app charges. Piing never sees or takes your card details. Choose monthly or yearly billing; annual billing saves at least 10% with whole-dollar charges. The full annual amount is payable upfront after any applicable trial. The monthly equivalent shown on the pricing page is not a monthly instalment. Existing agreements change only after you approve the new plan in Shopify.
Feed pageviews
New plans include 25,000, 100,000 or 500,000 feed pageviews per allowance cycle. One page load where the widget receives its feed counts once; repeated requests from the same page do not add another view. This is separate from impressions, clicks, shoppers and AI-written copy.
The billing screen shows your usage. Reaching the allowance prompts a plan review; the live feed keeps serving and there are no automatic overage charges. Existing subscriptions that predate feed-traffic billing retain their approved terms until you approve a replacement in Shopify.
AI copy allowance
Each plan includes a fresh AI-writing pool every 30 days on monthly billing, or each monthly subscription anniversary on annual billing, using the last day in shorter months:
- Starter: 250
- Growth: 1,500
- Scale: 6,000
This is a writing allowance, not a limit on the number of shoppers who can read a card. Writing a card yourself does not use it. Repeated views of a published card do not use additional AI generations.
If you use the pool up before the cycle ends, new AI copy pauses until the next one. Your automations keep running in the meantime and fall back to their templates, so cards still ship. See AI notifications.
What Growth and Scale add
Growth and Scale open up three things:
- A/B tests. Run as many at once as you like. Starter runs one at a time. See A/B testing.
- The full audience builder. Target on live behaviour and traffic source as well as your customer data. Starter targets on your customer data.
- An attribution window you set yourself. Starter uses a fixed 72-hour window. Growth and Scale can set another window. See Analytics and suggestions.
What a plan gates
A plan gates what you can do next, not what you already have.
- Needs a plan: publishing a new notification, and switching on an automation.
- Never gated: saving drafts, editing, and pausing what is already live.
Everything a shopper sees on your storefront is never affected by billing. That holds if a payment fails too. Your live feed keeps serving.
Cancelling
Cancel from this same page. Cancelling stops any future charge. Your notifications stay exactly as they are and keep serving, so nothing disappears from your storefront on the day you cancel.
