Profile refreshes and legacy units
New Intelligence plans count successful customer profile refreshes. Existing field-unit subscriptions keep their approved terms.
New Piing: Intelligence plans count one successful customer profile refresh, regardless of how many fields are enabled. Refreshing 100 customers successfully uses 100 refreshes, whether you enable 10 fields or all 22 standard fields.
New plans
Scroll across to compare the columns.
| Plan | USD per 30 days | Successful refreshes per allowance cycle | Maximum customers per run | USD billed yearly |
|---|
| Starter | $49 | 500 | 500 | $528 |
| Growth | $129 | 2,500 | 2,500 | $1,392 |
| Scale | $299 | 7,500 | 7,500 | $3,228 |
All plans include standard fields, scheduling and Shopify metafield export. Scale adds fields and prompts you configure. The annual monthly equivalents are $44, $116 and $269; the full annual charge is paid upfront.
Monthly subscriptions follow Shopify's 30-day billing cycles. Annual subscriptions replenish the allowance on each monthly anniversary of the original subscription start date, using the last day of shorter months.
What counts
- A successfully refreshed customer counts once for that run, including its enabled fields.
- Failed refreshes, the five-customer preview and metafield repairs do not consume the allowance.
- In-flight work reserves allowance so concurrent runs cannot spend the same remaining refreshes.
- If a run is interrupted, successfully completed customer refreshes still count. Unfinished reservations are released when the run ends; recovering saved work does not count a completed refresh twice.
Your remaining allowance also limits how many customers another run can process. When it is used or reserved, wait for the running work to finish, wait for the next cycle, or approve a different plan in Shopify. There are no automatic overage charges.
Existing field-unit subscriptions
If Billing shows a legacy field-unit plan, your approved price and allowance remain in place until you approve a replacement in Shopify. On those agreements, one unit is one customer analysed across one enabled field. The original monthly allowances are 10,000 / 50,000 / 200,000 / 1,000,000 / 3,000,000 units for Starter / Growth / Scale / Enterprise / Enterprise Plus respectively.
Legacy units and new profile refreshes are separate meters. Historical usage is not relabelled as refreshes. Check the agreement shown in the app before comparing an old invoice with today's offers.
