Billing and plans 4 / 5
Manage your subscription
Change Piing, Intelligence or Alerts billing on Shopify, or manage a directly contracted Retail ID account.
Where a subscription is managed depends on the product and billing route.
Piing on Shopify
Open Plan and pricing inside Piing to review the connected store count, billing interval and approved Shopify charge. New plans use a $199 USD base for zero or one physical store, plus graduated additional-store rates. Adding a store does not reprice the stores already in an earlier band. The new quote and existing approved agreement are shown separately.
Shopify issues the invoice and owns the merchant payment method. Use Settings, then Billing in Shopify admin for invoices and payment details.
Piing: Intelligence
Open Billing in Intelligence to review the current plan, profile-refresh allowance (or legacy units), per-run customer limit and billing interval. A move to a higher plan raises the available allowance after Shopify approves the new charge. New annual plans save at least 10%, with whole-dollar monthly equivalents and the full yearly charge shown before approval.
Piing: Alerts
Open Plan and billing in Alerts to move between Starter, Growth and Scale or choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly plans bill every 30 days; annual plans charge the full year upfront and renew feed-traffic and AI-writing allowances on each monthly subscription anniversary, using the last day in shorter months. The approved plan determines feed-traffic and AI-writing allowances, A/B concurrency, audience controls, attribution window and support level.
Retail ID
Retail ID changes are managed under the direct contract. Contact the Piing team for invoices, payment-method changes and cancellation options for your agreement. Store-count, hardware and implementation changes should also be confirmed with the team.
Before changing a plan
- Check the next renewal date and any annual term.
- Export reporting or delivery history needed by the team.
- For Intelligence, confirm the next run fits the remaining analysis allowance and per-run limit.
- For Alerts, confirm live automations and cards will remain within the new plan's controls.
- For Piing, confirm every connected store is still mapped correctly.
