Plans and pricing
USD subscriptions, unlimited Piing Wallet passes, additional stores, annual savings and separate hardware.
Piing, Piing: Intelligence and Piing: Alerts are separate products. A Shopify retailer can buy any one without buying the others. Piing has a platform base plus additional stores. Intelligence uses analysis allowances, and Alerts offers three plans. All subscription prices are in USD. Hardware is optional and purchased separately.

Piing
Piing starts at $199 USD per month, whether you have no physical stores or one. Unlimited Apple and Google Wallet passes are included. No pass-count tiers, per-pass fees or restricted Wallet-only plan.
- Platform base, zero or one physical store: $199 per month.
- Stores 2 to 10: add $129 each per month.
- Stores 11 to 50: add $99 each per month.
- More than 50 physical stores: quoted with the team.
These rates are graduated. Ten stores cost $1,360 per month; eleven cost $1,459. Only the additional store gets the next rate. Earlier stores are not repriced.
Annual billing saves at least 10%, with whole-dollar prices. Zero or one store costs $2,148 USD billed yearly, equivalent to $179 per month. Annual additional-store equivalents are $116 per month for stores 2 to 10 and $89 for stores 11 to 50. The calculator shows the full annual charge.
The full platform includes supported loyalty connections, Wallet distribution, kiosks, QR check-in, Shopify POS, staff access and visit attribution. Supported connections need configuration. Piing does not replace your loyalty provider or its subscription.
Wallet without physical stores
The same $199 base applies to an online-only brand. Publish branded passes, distribute through customer accounts and email, and keep connected balances and membership tiers current. Add your first physical store without increasing the base. Several kiosks in one store do not count as several stores.
Unlimited passes does not mean unlimited or guaranteed notifications. Apple and Google control notification delivery and native pass behaviour. Wallet messages and platform limits.
Hardware and reader service
Tap Boxes, physical cards, mounting accessories and any managed reader service are quoted separately in USD. Hardware is optional. Shipping, tax, availability, warranty and delivery timing are confirmed before payment. The software annual discount does not apply to these separate purchases.
Piing: Intelligence
New plans count successful customer profile refreshes, regardless of the number of fields enabled.

All plans include the 22 standard fields, scheduling and Shopify metafield export. Scale adds custom fields and prompts. Intelligence has no timed trial; the five-customer preview is free before subscribing.
Failed refreshes, the preview and metafield repairs are excluded from the allowance. Successfully completed refreshes still count when a larger run is interrupted. The per-run customer ceiling matches the plan's full cycle allowance; remaining allowance can reduce that ceiling.
Monthly billing follows Shopify's 30-day cycles. Annual subscriptions replenish on each monthly subscription anniversary, using the last day in shorter months. Existing field-unit subscriptions retain their approved price and allowance until a replacement is approved in Shopify; historical units remain separate. See Profile refreshes and legacy units.
Piing: Alerts
Alerts is billed through Shopify monthly or yearly and every plan includes the feed, 23 templates across eight card types, seven automations, A/B testing, order attribution and optional web push. New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial on their first eligible subscription.
- Starter: $39, 25,000 feed pageviews and 250 AI-written notifications per allowance cycle, one A/B test at a time, customer-data audiences, 72-hour attribution
- Growth: $99, 100,000 feed pageviews and 1,500 AI-written notifications per allowance cycle, unlimited A/B tests, behaviour and context audiences, configurable attribution
- Scale: $249, 500,000 feed pageviews and 6,000 AI-written notifications per allowance cycle, the Growth controls plus a named contact and response SLA
When the AI allowance is exhausted, new AI writing pauses and automations fall back to their templates. Existing live cards continue to run. Annual billing saves at least 10%: Starter is $420, Growth $1,068 and Scale $2,688 USD billed yearly. Annual plans receive fresh allowances on each monthly subscription anniversary, using the last day in shorter months; monthly plans use 30-day Shopify cycles. One feed pageview is one page load where the widget receives its feed, with retries on that page counted once. There are no automatic overage charges; the live feed keeps serving. Existing subscriptions retain their approved terms until a replacement is approved.

Billing routes
- Piing, Intelligence and Alerts are priced in USD and approved through Shopify.
- Existing subscriptions retain their approved currency, amount and terms until you approve a change. Cancelling one app does not cancel another.
- Retail ID is billed directly under its agreement. Its final price depends on the store estate, implementation and connected systems.
- Hardware and separately agreed services are quoted and invoiced in USD.
